Jonas Kronwitter raised to 100,000 in the cutoff, Andreas Krause moved all in for 160,000 in the small blind, and Kronwitter called.
Andreas Krause: K♣J♠9♣7♠
Jonas Kronwitter: 9♥4♦3♥3♣
The flop came A♥3♠J♣ as Kronwitter hit a set to take a big lead in the pot. "That's good," Kronwitter said as the K♥ fell on the turn, giving Krause some outs with two pair. The river was the 2♣ and Krause was eliminated in 10th place.
The remaining nine players are drawing for seats at the final table.
On a board of 3♣5♠3♦2♠ Dennis Weiss checked from the big blind and Krzysztof Magott bet 145,000. Weiss called to see a river.
The A♥ came on the river and Weiss check-called another bet from Magott, this time for 130,000. Magott instantly mucked and Weiss took down the pot without showing.
In a limped pot between the blinds, Jonas Kronwitter bet 60,000 on a flop of 10♣7♣9♦ and Amir Mozaffarian called.
The turn was the 3♠ and Kronwitter bet 165,000. Mozaffarian again called and the 5♦ fell on the river. Kronwitter then bet 385,000 and Mozaffarian called even before Kronwitter had finished putting in the chips.
Kronwitter turned over J♣8♣5♥4♦ for a flopped straight and Mozaffarian mucked.
Martin Schamaun limped from the small blind and Vazha Kometiani raised to 120,000 from the big blind. Schamaun called.
Schamaun shoved for roughly 250,000 on the 8♠7♠5♦ flop and Kometiani snap-called.
Martin Schamaun: K♠J♠10♦3♦
Vazha Kometiani: A♠9♦6♠2♠
Kometiani had flopped the nut straight and had the nut flush draw. Schamaun could only win with a nine or running diamonds. The A♦ came on the turn to give Schamaun a gimmer of hope, but the 4♣ river didn't help him and he was out in eleventh.
Sebastian Mortensen and Jonas Kronwitter built a pot of around 300,000 as they went heads-up to a flop of J♣8♦4♦. Both players then checked to the 9♣ turn.
Kronwitter bet 275,000 from the cutoff and Mortensen moved all in for 905,000 from the small blind. "Queens with a flush draw?" Kronwitter wondered as he tanked for a minute. He eventually called, having Mortensen barely covered.
Mortensen showed 10♣7♣6♦5♦ for a straight and flush draw, while Kronwitter had J♦10♦10♠7♥ for the same straight and a better flush draw. The 9♦ fell on the river to give both players their flush, but Kronwitter's jack earned him the massive pot and sent Mortensen, playing his first Omaha tournament ever, to the rail in 12th place.
