Lyall Moves In Front on the River
Nivel 29
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Dean Lyall raised to 160,000 on the button with Q♦J♦ and Daniel Johnson defended 8♣4♥.
Both players checked the A♠8♠3♥ flop before Johnson led out for 80,000 on the 3♦ turn with a pair of eights. Lyall called and the J♥ fell on the river.
Johnson slowed down and checked, and Lyall bet 350,000 with his rivered pair. Johnson folded and Lyall took down another pot.
