Serra had Fiseris dominated as both players hit their ace on the A♦7♣5♥ flop. The turn was the 8♣, while Serra's queen-kicker played following the 2♥ river to secure him the pot. The stacks were counted down and Serra had Fiseris covered by just 10,000 to send him to the rail.

Alberto Diaz raised to 125,000 on the button and Yakiv Syzghanov called in the big blind.
Diaz bet another 125,000 on the A♠7♠6♥ flop and Syzghanov called. Both players then checked the J♦ turn.
The river was the J♠ and Syzghanov led out for 375,000. Diaz quickly called as Syzghanov turned over 10♠5♠ for a rivered flush. Diaz angrily threw A♣K♣ into the muck as Syzghanov took down another pot.
Alexander Stevic moved all in for 465,000 under the gun and Ian Simpson called on the button.

Stevic was dominated going to the flop, which came A♦6♥8♦. Stevic couldn't catch up on the 7♦ turn or 6♦ river as Simpson secured the pot to send the EPT champion to the rail in 11th place.

Ian Simpson raised to 120,000 under the gun, Jonas ten Cate three-bet to 280,000 on the button, and Simpson called.
The flop came K♠Q♣4♣ and Ten Cate bet 190,000. Simpson called and checked again on the 2♠ turn, and this time Ten Cate checked back.
Simpson again checked the 5♠ river and Ten Cate tapped the felt. Simpson showed K♥K♦ for top set and Ten Cate mucked A♥8♠.

The turn was the K♣ and Serra bet 150,000. Syzghanov again called and the Q♥ fell on the river. Serra then bet 400,000 and Syzghanov snap-called.
Serra showed A♥5♥ for ace-high, while Syzghanov turned over A♣K♦ for two pair to win the pot.
