Thorel Picks Off Coleman
Nivel 9
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
The pot stood at 18,000 in a blind versus blind confrontation with the flop reading 8♦Q♥6♥.
Jean-Noel Thorel, in the small blind, check-called a bet of 9,000 from David Coleman, in the big blind.
The 10♠ turn saw a repeat of the action, this time Coelman sized up to 27,000.
The J♦ river prompted a check from Thorel. Coleman fired once more, this time for 70,000 and Thorel called.
Coleman rolled over 7♦4♥, while Thorel easily claimed this pot with a turned set with 10♦10♥.
