The 2024 PokerStars European Poker Tour Barcelona series continues with its sixth day today with the first starting flight in the €2,200 Estrellas Poker Tour (ESPT) High Roller event at the Casino Barcelona. At 11 a.m. local time, cards will be in the air for the much-anticipated event and is expected to see a big turnout after this year's ESPT Main Event was the second-largest field ever gathered for a PokerStars-sponsored live tournament.
Last year, Goran Mandic bested a field of 2,214 entries to claim the title and a prize of €418,980 after cutting a three-way ICM deal with Antoine Labat and Yunsheng Sun. It was Labat that came home with the largest share of the €4,250,880 prize pool, and only time will tell if any of the top three will be back for another shot at the trophy this year.
