Both checked the 5♦8♦2♠ flop to Hand who bet 200,000. Milhomem folded and Ivarsson called. The 9♦ turn was checked around before Ivarsson checked again on the Q♠ river. Hand then bet 750,000. Ivarsson went into the tank before finding the fold.

Ryan Feldman, co-owner of Hustler Casino Live, revealed on PokerNews' Life Outside Poker podcast that he was kicked out of the 2016 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event over a conflict of interest stemming from his employment at ESPN.

In the 16th episode of the podcast, host Connor Richards speaks with the producer/founder of the most popular livestream in poker history about why he was booted from poker's biggest tournament, along with numerous other topics such as sports journalism, interviewing star athletes, leaving ESPN to start a poker stream, founding HCL and putting together some of the most entertaining lineups in poker history.

This interview was filmed in July at the 2024 WSOP inside Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.

Julien Sitbon opened 200,000 in the cutoff and both Maria Konnikova on the button, and Paul Lagan in the big blind made the call.

When the A♠K♦5♦ flop hit the felt, Lagan checked and Sitbon continued for 150,000. Konnikova quickly got out of the way, but Lagan matched the bet.

The 4♣ fell on the turn, and Lagan checked again before Sitbon pushed 725,000 across the line. Lagan gave it plenty of thought before deciding to muck his hand.

When the K♠ double-paired the board on the river, Lagan took the lead, jamming for 1,670,000. Andrews went into the tank for about 45 seconds before letting her hand go.

The 6♥ fell on the turn, and Stone checked once more to Lagan who fired 250,000. This time Stone surrendered the pot as his cards hit the muck.
