Nivel 10 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Action was on the flop on a board of 810J and it was checked to Anton Markov, who bet 3,500. Francesco Macri called in the small blind, then Hector Miguel Henkel Aguirre check-raised to to 15,000.

Markov moved all in for 44,900, Macri folded, and Aguirre pushed his chips in the middle to make the call. Markov had JJ for a set of jacks and Aguirre had A9 for ace high with an open-ended straight draw.

The turn came the Q, which completed Aguirre's straight. The river was the 5 and Aguirre held to win the pot, cracking Markov's set and sending him to the rail.

Grzegorz Kozieja

George Meitanies started things off strong from early position, raising to 2,500. Grzegorz Kozieja, sitting in the big blind, decided to call.

The flop came down 1038, and both players checked it through.

When the 7 hit the turn, Kozieja took the initiative with a bet of 1,700, which Meitanies called.

They both checked again on the 5 river, leading to a showdown. Kozieja revealed 76 for a pair of sevens, enough to take the pot as Meitanies tossed his cards into the muck.

In the very next hand, Meitanies once again opened from under the gun, raising to 2,500. This time, Kozieja wasn't playing around and went all in for his last 19,000. Without hesitation, Meitanies snap-called.

Kozieja turned over AK, while Meitanies showed 66, slightly ahead in the race.

The dealer revealed KK9 on the flop, flipping the script entirely. Meitanies must have been hoping for another six, but the 5 turn didn't help and the river brought the A, giving Kozieja a full house and allowing him to double up.
