Roman Korenev opened to 25,000 from middle position, and received a call from Andrey Koks in the hijack, before Timur Kurbanov produced a three-bet to 90,000 from the cutoff.

Action folded to Dumitru Pora in the big blind, who asked to see Kurbanov's stack. After around 90 seconds of thought, Pora cold four-bet jammed for 545,000.

Action folded back to Kurbanov, who took around two minutes to think before disposing of his hand, seemingly somewhat reluctantly, allowing Pora to scoop a decent pot preflop.

Stausholm Stacked After Losing Big Pot

Nikita Voznesenskiy opened from the cutoff to 25,000. Martin Stausholm moved all in from the button having taken a big hit to his stack in the previous hand. Andre Marquardt called in the big blind and Nikita Voznesenskiy called.

Marquardt check-raised all in over a bet of 20,000 from Voznesenskiy on the flop of 6♦A♠J♦. Voznesenskiy folded and Stausholm tabled his hand.

Stausholm couldn't improve over the 3♥ turn and Q♠ river and was eliminated from the tournament.

Vladislav Dubanov raised to 25,000 in the hijack. Markus Schottes defended his big blind, leaving only 24,000 behind. The flop fell J♣J♥8♥ and Schottes checked to Dubanov.

He bet the minimum of 12,000, which Schottes raised for an all-in bet. Dubanov quickly called and the cards went open.

Dubanov was ahead but that changed on the 10♠ turn. Schottes was looking to double up, however, the 8♣ river gave Dubanov a full house to take the pot and eliminate Schottes.

Stoyan Madanzhiev was seen dragging in a pot which brought his stack up to around 300,000.

The full board read 6♠10♥5♠4♠K♥ and Madanzhiev had hit a king on the river with A♦K♣, which beat the hand of Kerem Turuskan, as his cards were already face down in the muck. Turuskan still has a healthy stack of around 600,000, and on the same table Romain Retiere just busted.

Martin Stausholm's stack just took a huge hit with most of his chips heading over to Mihai Trofim.

The two had all the chips in the middle on a board of 3♠8♦4♦9♦5♦, and Stausholm's J♥J♣ were no good against the K♠K♦ of Trofim. After that pot, Stausholm was left on fumes with around 75,000, and Trofim was up to 800,000.

Powalka Damages Pavlov

Action folded to Atanas Pavlov on the button, who opened to 25,000, with Andrzej Powalka defending in the big blind.

On the 10♣9♥5♠ flop, Powalka check-called versus a bet of 38,000 from Pavlov.

The turn brought the 3♥, and Pavlov sized up when it was checked to him, firing out a bet of 135,000. Powalka made a relatively quick call.

The 7♣ river completed the board, and Powalka checked once more. Pavlov moved all in with the covering stack, and Powalka immediately sighed and moved back in his chair.

After about 90 seconds of thought, Powalka put in calling chips. Pavlov turned over A♦4♦ for ace-high, having missed his turned gutterball, and Powalka showed K♠10♠ for top pair tens, sending him a full double-up.
