Recep Aydemir opened the button to 400,000. Yuan Xu defended the big blind.

Xu check-called a bet of 450,000 on the flop of 3♦4♥9♦. He then check-raised all in over a bet of 1,100,000 on the Q♥ turn. His all in was worth 3,850,000 total.

Aydemir went into the tank for a good four minutes, and said a few different numbers in relation to the pot and the value of the all in, The dealer kept repeating the total before the clock was called. Aydemir then mucked his cards before the floor could move a muscle.

This hand, along with previous ones, meant that the adjacent table played at a much faster pace. This resulted in the tournament clock being temporarily paused and play on the other table would be paused. The table featuring Xu and Aydemir had to play three more hands before play resumed on the second table.

As of now play as resumed as normal.

Aleksandr Razinkov raised to 600,000 from the small blind and Frederick Anastasiades defended his big blind.

Anastasiades called a 350,000 bet from Razinkov on the 8♣2♣8♠ flop and a 950,000 bet from Razinkov on the 5♠ turn.

Both players checked down on the Q♦ river and Razinkov turned over Q♠9♠ for queens-up.

Anastasiades frustratedly tossed his hand into the muck and Razinkov extended his chip lead.

Action was on the flop on a board of 3♥Q♣2♣ and Frederick Anastasiades checked. Alexey Badulin made a bet and Anastasiades check-raised to 750,000, which Badulin called.

The turn was the 4♠ and Anastasiades continued the betting for 1,200,000, which Badulin called.

With the pot now inflated, the river came the 10♦ and Anastasiades sized up to 2,500,000. Badulin made the call and showed Q♥10♣ for two pair. Anastasiades had 3♦3♣ for a set of threes to win the pot and take a serious chunk out of Badulin's stack.
