Markkos Ladev raised to 700 from early position with Mykhailo Demydenko three-betting to 1,800 from middle position. John Kelly four-bet to 5,600 from the small blind which both Ladev and Demydenko called.
Kelly continued with a bet of 4,000 on the 3♥10♦A♦ flop. Ladev called but Demydenko folded.
Kelly checked when the Q♦ came on the turn and Ladev bet 6,800. Kelly check-shoved for roughly 30,000 and Ladev snap-called.
John Kelly: A♠K♦
Markkos Ladev: A♣Q♣
Ladev had spiked a queen on the turn to take the lead with two pair, but Kelly still had outs to stay in the tournament. However, the blank 2♣ hit the river and Kelly was out.

Dori Yacoub opened the action with a raise to 800 from early position, and Pablo Silva in middle position bumped it up to 2,500. Morten Klein, sitting on the button, called, and Yacoub also decided to see a flop.
The 4♥8♦8♣ flop brought some fireworks. After both Yacoub and Silva checked, Klein led with a bet of 1,200. Yacoub called, but Silva had other plans and raised to 3,000. Klein, not backing down, three-bet to 7,000. Yacoub, having check-called earlier, decided to turn up the heat with a four-bet to 21,200. Silva folded quickly, and Klein, curious, asked if Yacoub had flopped a full house with fours over eights. Klein eventually folded too, handing the pot over to Yacoub, who flashed the K♠, claiming he slow played kings.

Action was picked up with the cards on their backs. Matthew Frankland was all-in and at risk versus the covering stack of Ghassan Bitar.
Matthew Frankland: A♠A♥
Ghassan Bitar: K♠K♥
Bitar was on the right side of the cooler on the 3♥K♦8♠ flop and Frankland needed to spike an ace to survive. The K♣ turn was met with rapturous cheers and woops from the table and the 2♣ sealed Frankland's fate. He took the beat well and departed the tournament area.
