With the news that the Power Path is now a permanent addition to PokerStars, and that players can receive a $0.50 Step 1 Power Path ticket every single day as part of the new PokerStars Rewards program, there's never been a better time to have a look at how the Power Path can reward you and where it can take you.

Both live and online events have featured in the Power Path since its launch last summer, with Special Edition Gold Passes sending lucky players to the NAPT and Las Vegas Grand Prix last December.

This month, we look at the various Passes on offer, including both Gold and Silver Passes for the NAPT festival in Las Vegas, the Women's Winter Festival and the European Poker Tour stop in Prague.

Tsouloftas Flops Trips, Lijo Bluff-Shoves River

Nivel 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Georgios Tsouloftas
Georgios Tsouloftas

A pot between Lander Lijo and Georgios Tsouloftas had already swelled to around 900,000 on a full board of 9Q948 when Lijo fired a huge bet of 775,000 on the river. Tsouloftas only had 575,000 behind and dumped all of his time-bank cards into the pot, which indicated he had a tough decision.

Surprisingly, Tsouloftas didn't actually need to use any of them as he shrugged his shoulders and quickly announced a call.

Lijo showed J5 for a missed flush draw, and Tsouloftas had trips with A9 to scoop the pot, which sent his stack toward the two-million mark.

Nivel 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

The 82A flop saw the action check to Postel, who bet 45,000. Both James and Joyce called. The 9 turn and 2 river were then checked down.

James showed 64 for a flush, causing Joyce to muck his A5. Postel's AJ was no good either as James reclaimed some lost chips.
