Alexantr Spatharis shoved for a bit over six million from the cutoff and was called by Ryan Plant in the big blind to be put at risk.

The 5♦6♣9♥ flop improved Spatharis to a pair of nines, but the K♣ turn put Plant back into the lead with a pair of kings.
However, a 9♣ river sent Spatharis into celebration after improving him to trips for the dramatic double up.

Ricardo Caridade opened to 800,000 on the button and was called by Gerald Karlic in the big blind.
Karlic proceeded to check-called bets from Caridade on every street. First for 700,000 on the A♦J♦Q♠ flop, then for 2,800,000 on the A♣ turn, and finally for 5,500,000 on the 8♠ river after a lengthy tank.
Caridade turned over 6♣5♠ for a stone bluff and Karlic revealed Q♦J♠ for aces and queens to claim the sizable pot.
Gerald Karlic opened to 800,000 from middle position, and was met with a three-bet to 1,750,000 from Theodoros Ampelikiotis in the next seat. Action back to Karlic, who called after some consideration.
On the Q♣J♥7♠ flop, Karlic check-called versus a bet of 700,000 from his opponent. The 7♥ turn was checked through.
The 7♦ river completed the board, and Karlic led out with a bet of 3,000,000, almost covering Ampelikiotis. The Greek took quite a bit of time to think before calling, and he was good when he tabled A♥A♦ for the full house, comfortably beating Karlic's K♣9♣ for king-high.
Martin Tsvetanov opened to 800,000 from the cutoff and was called by Gerald Karlic on the button and Mikkel Nielsen in the big blind for a three-way pot.
Action checked to Karlic, who bet 750,000 on the 9♦2♥5♦ flop. Nielsen called and Tsvetanov folded.
Both players checked on the A♣ turn and Nielsen checked a final time on the 8♠ river.
Karlic bet 2,400,000 and Nielsen decided to look him up after a bit of thought. Karlic tabled 10♦10♣ and Nielsen said, "You're good," as he sent his hand into the muck.
Alexantr Spatharis opened to 1,100,000 from the cutoff, and was met with a three-bet jam to 6,950,000 by Matthew Micallef on the button. After a brief period of thought, Spatharis called.

Micallef was ahead in a race and remained so after the 4♠3♠2♠K♥8♥ runout, Micallef celebrating the double with a mini fist pump celebration.
Action folded to Jack Sinclair in the small blind, who completed, with Ryan Plant checking his option in the big.
On the A♠J♣7♦ flop, Sinclair led out with a bet of 600,000, which failed to shake off Plant. The 8♠ river was checked through.
On the K♥ river, Sinclair check-folded versus a bet of 925,000 from Plant.
Jack Sinclair and Ryan Plant got into a preflop raising war that ended with Plant all in for a bit under 15 million from the cutoff against Sinclair, who had Plant covered from under the gun.

Short-stack Martijn Kiers jammed from the button for 1,750,000, and was looked up by Konstantinos Nanos in the small blind.
