Arrocha Gives Pavlov the Full Double
Nivel 10
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
The pot stood at 44,000 with two players looking at a flop of Q♣K♣J♣.
Mario Navarro Arrocha, in the big blind, checked the action to Ilia Pavlov, who was under the gun. Pavlov checked back.
The 2♦ turn saw Arrocha take the lead for 40,000 and Pavlov called.
The 9♦ river prompted Arrocha to move all in. Pavlov went into a brief tank before calling off the bet for his effective stack of 129,000.
Ilia Pavlov: K♠10♠
Mario Navarro Arrocha: A♠3♠
Pavlov's straight was good for the full double-up.
