Runcan Double Pots the River
Nivel 35
: Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Pedro Marques looked down at A♣9♥ on the button and made it 800,000. Paul Runcan had Q♥8♣ in the big blind and called.
On the 9♦J♠10♠ flop, Runcan checked it over to Marques, who bet 500,000. Runcan called.
A 7♥ dropped on the turn and again Runcan tapped the table, then Marques elected to check back to see the 4♦ roll off on the river. Runcan grabbed chips and bet 6,000,000 — double the size of the pot. Marques didn't need to think for too long before he let it go, and Runcan took the pot.
