Queens Work at the Second Attempt for Gulseven
Nivel 33
: Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Erdal Gulseven is showing his grit and survival skills after just earning himself a double-up through Alessio Isaia.
Isaia had opened from early position and Gulseven shoved the big blind for 2,000,000. Isaia called.
Erdal Gulseven: Q♣Q♥
Alessio Isaia: 10♣10♦
"Queens haven't been good for me," joked Gulseven, who lost queens against fives earlier on in the day.
This time his queens prevailed as the K♦A♠9♦4♦3♥ runout, although giving Isaia a flush draw on the turn, held up for Gulseven.
