Seward Picks off the Bluff
Nivel 13
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Action picked up on the river with a sizable pot brewing between Shannon Shorr in the big blind and Nicholas Seward who was under the gun.
With close to 400,000 in the middle and the board reading 8♥8♣4♠3♥J♦, Shorr bet roughly 215,000, leaving himself with 25,000 behind.
Seward took some time to think through his decision before ultimately arriving at a call. Shorr turned over 7♠6♣ for a busted straight draw and Seward tabled the winner with pocket tens.
