Farrell Doubles Through Sheth
Nivel 8
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
With 37,000 in the pot on a flop of J♥6♥2♣, Niall Farrell checked from the small blind and faced a bet of 9,500 from Ravi Sheth on the button. Farrell did a bit of inventory before check-shoving for roughly 42,000. Sheth didn't take long to make the call and the cards were revealed.
Niall Farrell: J♦9♦
Ravi Sheth: 8♠8♣
Sheth needed a date with an eight if he was to beat Farrell's top pair and send him to the rail. However, the rest of the board ran out J♣6♣ and Farrell doubled up.
