Appel Catches Gossard Bluffing
Nivel 9
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Not all players had returned to their seats in time after the dinner break and Bernard Gossard made a move out of the small blind on the 9♦8♥3♦10♥2♣ river with a bet worth 6,000. Hennie Appel called in an early position and Gossard showed Q♠4♠ for a bluff. Appel won the pot with the 10♦5♠ and Gossard shook his head.
