Zanette Sends Richards Packing
Nivel 12
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
On a heads-up flop of Q♣8♣5♠, Jehan Richards as well as Giovanni Zanette got near identical stacks into the middle with Richards as the player at risk.
Jehan Richards: A♣6♣
Giovanni Zanette: 5♣5♥
The K♠ turn was a blank, as was the J♦ river. Richards asked if he was covered and Zanette was pretty sure that wasn't the case. However, when the stacks were counted, Zanette had 98,000 and that covered his opponent by a few blinds.
"Sorry, I am colour blind. I thought you had three blue chips," Zanette apologised from the other side of the table.
