Fourie Doubles Through Walker
Nivel 25
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Gareth Fourie pushed all-in from the cutoff for 620,000 and Diane Walker asked for a count on the button.
"Are you gonna call me this time?" Fourie said and Walker did make the call. Saurabh Gulati tank-folded in the small blind.
Gareth Fourie: Q♠Q♦
Diane Walker: 9♣9♠
"Jack ten of hearts," Gulati said and Nic Ioannoy remarked "why do you tank so long with that?"
The superior pocket pair remained ahead on the 6♠4♣3♥2♣8♦ board and Fourie nearly closed the gap to Fourie.
