A 9♣ completed the runout and Combes thought for a while before he slid out a bet of 20,000. Swann went deep into the tank and around around 90 seconds of deliberation, he let his hand go.

Paul Tait min-raised from middle position and got a call from Christopher Johnson in the cutoff. Jason Barton called from the small blind, as did Pierre Ostercamp in the big blind.

On the 5♠7♥8♣ flop, Barton checked and Ostercamp led out for 6,000. Tait and Johnson folded, and Barton put in the call.

The 4♣ turn checked through to the 3♠ turn where Barton fired 16,000, and Ostercamp called at lightning speed.
