River Saves Bismuth
Nivel 4
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Arno Peronnet opened from early position before "Marijo" three-bet to 3,500 from the button. In the small blind, Kevin Bismuth jammed for his remaining 12,500. Peronnet got out of the way before Marijo cut out calling chips and placed them in the middle.
Kevin Bismuth: A♥Q♥
"Marijo": Q♦Q♣
Bismuth was in rough shape and it stayed that way on the 10♦5♠3♠ flop. The K♥ on the turn gave additional broadway outs to Bismuth. However, it was the A♦ on the river that saved him as he collected a full double.
