Derwiche's "Gift" Turns into his Reward

Francesco Pillitteri opened to 1,500 from under the gun, Imad Derwiche called in the hijack, and Belmehel Dja Daouadji called in the small blind. In the big blind, Ange Cucchi squeezed to 6,500, Pillitteri folded, and the others called.
