David Camara Espeso, in the big blind, thought for some time before calling off the bet for his effective stack of 11,000. Fede moved all in for 106,000, the button folded and Rapolti went deep into the tank, eventually making the call.

The 10♠9♣8♥ flop put Rapolti in a commanding lead for the side pot, while Espeso was now open-ended. The 7♦ completed Espeso's straight draw and the Q♣ river confirmed his triple up. Rapolti's set ensured Fede's departure as well as the huge side pot.
In a limped pot, Riadh Ben Farhat in the small blind bet 5,000 on 4♦2♠7♦, but Jean-Charles Remaud in the big blind raised to 12,500. Ben Farhat went into the tank and called.
On the Q♥ turn, Remaud fired a second barrel of 15,000. Ben Farhat stared at him again, and eventually check-called.
The 8♦ river completed the board and after Ben Farhat checked, Remaud bet 23,000. Ben Farhat decided to call. Immediately, Remaud sent his cards into the muck, so Ben Farhat won the hand without revealing his cards.
Ervin Kuglis raised from the hijack and Eduardo Gonzalez defended in the big blind.
The A♣10♥7♠ flop saw Gonzalez check-call a bet of 3,500 from Kuglis.
The K♣ prompted a second check from Gonzalez. Kuglis sized up to 12,500 and Gonzalez folded, mucking the A♥ to show he let go of at least top pair.
