Madanzhiev Survives Near the Bubble
Nivel 18
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Stoyan Madanzhiev moved all in for 188,000 in the cutoff and Marc Rivera snap-called in the big blind.
Stoyan Madanzhiev: K♥Q♦
Marc Rivera: A♥J♣
Madanzhiev needed to improve to stay alive, and the Q♠J♠6♥ flop gave him top pair and the lead against Rivera's pair of jacks. The rest of the board ran out 10♠5♠ and Madanzhiev doubled up with the money bubble fast approaching.
