Michael Acevedo Eliminated in 23rd Place ($7,900)
Nivel 23
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Daniel Negreanu raised from under the gun to 60,000, and when it folded to Michael Acevedo on the button, he three-bet all in for his stack of 245,000. It folded back to Negreanu who made the call to put Acevedo at risk.
Michael Acevedo:A♥K♠
Daniel Negreanu: 9♠9♥
It was a flip, but Acevedo would need to improve past Negreanu's pocket nines to stay in the tournament. The board ran out 7♥8♣4♣8♦Q♥ and Negreanu's nines were still best, giving him the pot and eliminating Acevedo.
