Tremzin checked and Zerjav continued for 100,000. The former then woke up with a check-raise to 275,000 and the latter thought for a bit before dropping in a call.
After the dealer burned and turned the 5♠, Tremzin moved all in for his last 380,000 or so and Zerjav snap-called.
