Ali Eslami entered the pot with a raise to 45,000 from under the gun only to have Ted Lawson move all in from the button for 165,000. Eslami made the call.

With Lawson in a race for his tournament survival, the flop gave him no additional outs before the dealer dropped the on the turn.
Now needing one of six cards in the deck to remain in Event #15, the on the river wouldn't be one of those as he was forced to wave goodbye to the tournament in eighth place as Eslami moves to 680,000 in chips.
John Gordon limped from under-the-gun and Ronald Lee moved all in for his last 23,000. Dajuan Whorley called from the cutoff, as did Allen Kessler from the big and Gordon.
Everyone checked all the way down on the board and Whorley showed the winning for two pair. Lee mucked and was sent to the rail in ninth place for his efforts.
Andrew Cohren open-raised to 39,000 from middle position and John Gordon raised the pot to 159,000 on Cohen's immediate left. Cohen deliberated, but landed on a call.
The flop came and Cohen immediately moved all in. Gordon snap-called.

The turn sealed Cohen's fate and an irrelevant fell on river, sending Cohen to the rail.
Dajuan Whorley opened to 37,000 from under-the-gun and Ronald Lee reraised to 105,000 from the cutoff, which was enough to put Whorley all in. Whorley made the call.
