We only saw the action in a failry sizeable pot on seventh but George Lind bet and Daniel Negreanu made the call but mucked when Lind showed aces up. The pot boosted Lind's stack while Negreanu's declined. We also have the stacks of some others at the table.
Stuart Rutter had bet on fourth street with Thor Hansen calling and Erick Lindgren raising, Rutter made it three bets, Hansen folded and Lindgren made the call. On fifth street Rutter cautiously check-called a bet before he checked again on sixth, Lindgren bet again and Rutter tanked for several minutes before finally folding, slightly frustrated.
On fourth, Bertrand ‘Elky’ Grospellier bet and the other players called. Elky bet again on fifth and the opponent called while Glantz got out of the way. Elky continued to bet on sixth and seventh and his opponent took a while before he finally made the call on the final street only to be shown Elky’s flush which he mucked to.
We caught up with the action on fourth where Matt Hawrilenko bet, David Singer called all in for 300, an opponent called and Scott Clements called as well. On fifth it was checked to the opponent who bet and Clements and Hawrilenko both got out of the way while the opponent would have a chance to knockout Singer. Unfortunately we missed Singer’s hand but can confirm that he did in fact win the hand and therefore must have had his opponent’s pair of 8s beat.
Joining the action on sixth street, there was a heap of action going on as Alex Luneau ended up all in showing Queens full of Jacks but was astonished to see Marco Liesy flipping buried fives for quads. Luneau got up out of his chair, seventh street seeming to be like a last meal for a condemned man. With Liesy's card irrelevant, Luneau took one last look at his remaining card, double checking in disbelief before he turned over for the one-outer. The entire table gasped as both Liesy and Luneau had to take a moment to process what had just occurred. The Frenchman doubled up in the most amazing of coolers.
Chad Brown completed and called when Paluszek raised. On fourth and fifth, Brown check-called Paluszek’s bets. On sixth and seventh, Paluszek bet and Brown called only to be shown the rolled up kings of his opponent.
David Benyamine completed and Nick Schulman and an opponent called. On fourth, Schulman check-called Benyamine’s bet and the other player called as well. The action was the same on fifth however the opponent’s call put him all in. On sixth Schulman check-raised Benyamine who folded. The opponent was at risk and held a pair of 10s with a missed straight draw while Schulman showed aces up to bust him.
