A player in early position raised and Jennifer Harman made it three bets to go. All the other players cleared out of the way and the initial raiser called.

and the preflop raiser checked to Harman who tossed out a bet. The other player then put in a raise and Harman decided to call.
The turn brought the 
and the first player bet but now it was Harman's turn to put in a raise. He opted to call and they saw the 
fall on the river. The other player check-called a bet from Harman but mucked his hand when she revealed her 
for a jack high straight.
After the hand Harman's stack grew to around 43,000.
