Hattem Dodges the World to Double Big

David Lestock raised to 20,000 under the gun and was met with a three-bet to 75,000 from Shawn Hattem on the button. Both blinds got out of the way and Lestock made the call. "Pot," Lestock announced after watching the flop fall 
. Hattem beat him into the pot with his entire stack, just 17,000 more, and Lestock made the call.

Hattem held aces, which would have been good had the hand ended right there, but Lestock had numerous outs including straight and flush draws. Hattem seemed to know dodging so many outs was unlikely, but that is what he did as the 
hit the turn, followed by the 
river.
"Wow, how do you dodge all that?" Joe Hachem asked after the hand.
