Solid Start for Lee

Bernard Lee began the day with 24,100 in chips, but has now moved to about 72,000 after a couple of nice hands that have gone his way.

On the first one of the three that we'll talk about, the cutoff seat raised to 2,500 and Lee called from the small blind. [Removed:163] also called from the big blind and the flop came down {6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. Everyone checked and the turn added the {2-Diamonds} to the board. Everyone checked again. The river completed the board with the {J-Clubs} and Lee fired 3,700. Sheikh called, but the cutoff seat folded. Lee showed the {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for a flush and Sheikh mucked his hand.

After that, there was a hand where Allen Bari raised to 2,000. Lee three-bet to 5,800 and Bari folded. Lee showed two aces.

A little while later, Lee was involved again with Sheikh, this time on the final board of {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. The pot was approximately 13,000 and Sheikh checked to Lee. Lee bet 5,300 and that was good enough to force a fold from Sheikh.

Ho-Hum...

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Maria Ho needs to make something happen fast to make a run at this thing.

A player open-raised to 2,400 from the button and Ho responded by three-betting to 7,200 - leaving just 29,000 behind. Her opponent four-bet all-in for 40,000 and change and Ho quickly mucked her cards.

Small Wins for Sabat

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Eddy Sabat entered the pot with a raise to 2,200 and was called by the small blind as he checked the flop dark.

That flop was spread {J-Hearts}{j-Spades}{4-Diamonds} was followed by a 4,100-chip continuation-bet from Sabat which forced a fold from his opponent.

The following hand saw Sabat tempt his juicy 2,200-chip preflop raise again, and on this occasion he picked up the blinds and antes.

After this hand, Sabat and his tablemates were joined by Joe Cassidy.

Burbick Catches Ace

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Don Todd opened to 2,500 and was flat-called by the player next to speak before Corey Burbick moved all in for 21,200. Todd iso-shoved to push the player caught in the middle to fold.

Todd: {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}
Burbick: {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}

The board was spread {A-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{7-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{8-Hearts} to see Burbick spike his three-outer to double through to over 45,000 in chips.

Aggression From Affleck

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

From under-the-gun, Matt Affleck raised to 2,000, which was met with a re-raise to 5,100 from the player to his direct left. Play folded around back to Affleck, who announced he was all-in for about 30,000 more. His opponent quickly mucked.

Affleck is currently sitting around 36,000.

Bari Slips

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Catching the action with the board reading {6-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts} we found Allen Bari raising to 11,100 over his opponent's bet of 4,500.

That opponent - Susan Mariano - responded by moving all in to force Bari to instantly kick his cards to the muck while slipping to 40,000 in chips.

Chan, Haxton Halted

Two of poker's original online superstars in Isaac Haxton and Terrence Chan drew an incredibly tough table which featured bracelet winners Blair Rodman and Brian Lemke as well as min-cash master Tony Cousineau.

Unfortunately both their starting seats are now empty, and after a quick look around the room, it seems as though they both have been eliminated.

Cochrane Clipped

Nivel 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Michael Norton entered the pot from under the gun with a raise to 2,500 only to have chip leader Gavin Cochrane three-bet jam from the button for over 175,000. The blinds passed, but Norton made the call for roughly his final 20,000.

Norton: {K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}
Cochrane: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}

Fortunately for Norton, the board filled out {4-Hearts}{A-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{K-Spades}{A-Clubs} to see him double to approximately 43,000 as Cochrane slips to 154,000 in chips.
