We don't know what the action was preflop, but we can assume that there was a raise and a call. When we did get to the table we saw Daniel Reijmer check-call a bet of 8,000 from Bjorn Verbakel.
On the 
turn card both players knuckled and were granted access to the 
river where Reijmer came out and put 14,500 in the middle. After about two minutes of thinking it over Verbakel threw his cards away.
