"We need hearts"

After a series of betting between William Thorson and Michael Gagliano, Gagliano was all in and behind

Gagliano: {Q-Hearts} {8-Hearts}
Thorson: {a-Clubs} {10-Clubs}

Before the dealer could put out five cards Gagliano stated "we need hearts". Instead of hearts the dealer gave Gagliano a queen on a {10-Diamonds} {q-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} flop. The {6-Clubs} gave Thorson a flush draw. The {q-Clubs} river gave Gagliano three of a kind queens, but it also gave Thorson the winning hand with a flush.
