Nivel 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Pius Heinz opened with a raise and Mike DeMichele moved all in behind Pius. Action folded back around to Pius and he called.

Showdown:
Heinz: {K-Spades} {3-Spades}
DeMichele: {Q-Clubs} {J-Clubs}

The board ran {K-Diamonds} {10-Spades} {2-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} and Heinz's two pair sent DeMichele to the rail and bumped his stack to 890,000.

Recent Eliminations

Nivel 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

No sooner was the three table redraw done when a couple of eliminations happened right out of the gate.

Paul Botelho shoved on the button and Tanner Millen called from the small blind. Botelho tabled {A-Hearts} {6-Clubs} and Millen held {J-Diamonds} {9-Clubs}. The board ran {10-Spades} {8-Diamonds} {3-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} {5-Diamonds} and Millen hit a straight on the turn sending Botelho to the rail.

Daniel Lobato and Jarrod Lucero were at the river with the board reading {K-Spades} {3-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} {K-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} and Lucero moved all in. Lobato called and tabled {A-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} for a flush and Lucero tabled {A-Hearts} {J-Hearts} for a pair of jacks. Lucero was sent to the rail.

Lobato Doubles Through Stout

After a flop of {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades}, Daniel Lobato bet 200,000 and after a bit of thought Matt Stout decided to go all in. Lobato snap-called much to Stout's dismay.

Lobato: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Stout: {a-Clubs}{6-Spades}

The turn was the {j-Diamonds} making Lobato's hand even stronger and the {a-Hearts} on the river wasn't enough to help Stout and he shipped a good portion of his stack over to Lobato.

Mendelsohn Triples Up

Peter Mendelsohn was the first player to shove all in, but he wasn't the last as Eugene Castro and Alex Smith both followed suit. It was a three-way all in with Castro leading the way preflop.

Mendelsohn: {q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Castro: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Alex Smith: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out blanks through the turn showing the {6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{9-Clubs} but then the {q-Spades} fell on the river allowing Mendelsohn to triple up. Castro didn't get hurt too badly though as the side pot was still enough to boost his stack up a bit.
