Epically Long Family Pot
Simon Charette opened for 130,000, Peter Ippolito called from the button, Athanasios Polychronopoulos called from the small blind and Yevgeniy Timoshenko called from the big blind. All four players watched the flop roll out 
and all four players checked.
The turn brought the 
, Polychronopoulos checked and Timoshenko took some time to measure out a 260,000 bet. Charette called quickly behind, Ippolito folded and Polychronopoulos took almost a minute to fold.
The river came 
and action was on Timoshenko. He took several moments to cut out 420,000 and Charette sat back in his chair for some thought. After a while he leaned forward and raised to 1.1 million.
Timoshenko went deep into the tank. And by deep we mean at least eight full minutes. At one point it looked as if Timoshenko was going to raise by the way he was counting and adjusting his stack. Eventually he rechecked his hole cards, sat for another minute and then folded his hand.
What started out as family pot turned into a ten minute showdown between Timoshenko and Charette. In total the hand took between 12 and 15 minutes.
