"Justice"

Nivel 10

Pot-Limit Omaha

One of the tables is still playing thanks to a controversial pot bet.

Brett Richey raised to 6,000 from the cutoff, and Simon Munz raised pot, putting out 22,000. Richey then re-potted to just over 50,000, sending Munz in the tank. After three or five minutes, Munz realized that he actually couldn't pot for 22,000 - the bet should've been 19,200.

This sparked a huge controversy, during which Jack Effel was called to give the final word. After talking to the floor and the dealer on the phone, they decided that the original pot would be reduced to 19,200, and Richey's re-pot would be reduced as well. Munz called.

The flop came down {9-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{k-Clubs}, Richey checked, Munz potted, and Richey re-potted all in. Munz called.

Richey: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Munz: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

Richey held as the turn and river came {5-Diamonds}, {4-Diamonds}, and doubled to just over 350,000.

"Justice!" Richey exclaimed after the hand.
