We just decided to camp out near Patrik Antonius' table for an orbit, beginning with the great bald-headed wonder in the big blind.
Chips to start orbit: 47,400
Hand #1 - Antonius was in the big blind. The player in Seat 8 opened to 6,500, and Antonius folded.
Hand #2 - Antonius was in the small blind. From the cutoff seat, the player in Seat 2 raised to 11,500, and Antonius folded.
Hand #3 - Antonius was on the button. Steve Brecher raised to 7,500 from the hijack, and Antonius folded.
Hand #4 - Antonius was in the cutoff. The table folded around to him, and he folded. While the table was folding around, a media group set up a camera tableside and shot some b-roll of Antonius.
Hand #5 - Antonius was in the hijack. Steve Brecher raised to 7,500 from middle position, and Antonius folded.
Hand #6 - Antonius was in middle position. He was already quite prepared to fold with the first three players still left to act in front of him. Antonius lifted his cards off the table and held them in his hands, and he almost beat the man to his right into the muck, folding immediately when the action finally passed to him. He leaned back in his chair and stretched his neck a little.
Hand #7 - Antonius was in early position. He folded.
Hand #8 - Antonius was in early position. He folded.
Hand #9 - Antonius was under the gun. He folded.

It's not really all that thrilling a game when you have 13bb.
Robert Varkonyi opened to 6,400 from early position, Rafe Furst three-bet to 16,500 from the blinds, and Varkonyi called. The flop fell , and Furst checked to Varkonyi who tossed out 16,600. Furst called.
The turn was the , and Furst led for 22,000. Varkonyi instantly moved all in for 74,500, and Furst tank-folded.
Action folded to Garry "Beast Mode" Gates in the cutoff seat. He raised to 7,500. Chee Kian Chan flat-called on the button and the flop came down . Gates stayed on the gas and fired a bet of 9,700. Chan thought for a minute and then gave it up. With that pot, Gates moved back over 200,000 in chips.
From the hijack seat, a player raised to 6,500. On the button, Tom Koral reraised to 17,000. The blinds folded back to the original raiser and he reraised to 38,500. Koral flatted and the flop came down . The original raiser bet 36,500 and Koral folded.
Ryan D'Angelo came into the day fourth in chips, and ten hours later, he's out. It's a brutal thing, this Main Event.
D'Angelo got the last ~120,000 of his chips into the middle with his flipping against David Barter's . D'Angelo found a pair on the flop, but it was a disaster. The board ran (gulp!) , and that's all she wrote. D'Angelo's Main Event is done with just over 900 players left, and Barter suddenly finds himself working towards the top with 780,000 or so.
A player in middle position raised to 6,500, and it folded to Joe Tehan on the button who reraised to 19,300. The small blind then reraised over the top to 43,900. The player in the big blind tanked for some time before letting her hand go. The original raiser stepped aside as well, but Tehan made the call.
Tehan showed and his opponent . (The big blind said she'd folded pocket tens.) The flop came and the jacks were still best, but the binked on the turn, pairing Tehan. The river was the , and another player has hit the rail in Level 14.
Tehan is now hovering around the 400,000-chip mark.
