A Double for Obrestad

Annette Obrestad, winner of the World Series of Poker-Europe Main Event back in 2007, was all in preflop for her last 22,800 with {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} against the {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} of Nicolas Levi. The {4-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{K-Clubs} flop gave Levi some runner-runner flush draw hope, but the {3-Hearts} turn quickly dashed that, leaving him in need of a nine. Unfortunately for him, the river was the {K-Hearts} and Obrestad doubled.

New Chip Leader

Nivel 11 : 800/1,600, 0 ante
Robert Mizrachi is your new chip leader.
Robert Mizrachi is your new chip leader.

Robert Mizrachi and Cliff Josephy just played the largest pot of the tournament. It was Josephy's pocket queens going against Mizrachi's {A-Hearts} {K-Clubs}. Mizrachi hit the flop hard when it came {A-Clubs} {3-Clubs} {K-Spades} {5-Hearts} {8-Spades}. Mizrachi soared to the top of the leaderboard with over 300,000 and Josephy's stack has shrunk down to 44,000.
