Erik Seidel has been eliminated from the tournament and that's, of course, very big news. The Seidborg is having the best year in poker known to man but this tournament is not going to be on his list of accomplishments.
It was David Williams who ended Seidel's run early and he told us what happened. The two got it in on a 
flop with two diamonds. Williams had a set of fives against the nut flush draw of Seidel and he didn't managed to hit one of his outs. Williams is up to 81,000 and among the biggest stacks in the room.
These players all have been knocked out. Too bad guys, better luck next time!

In June this year, Elie Payan won $292,825 and a WSOP bracelet after defeating 1017 entries in the $1,500 PLO event. There is a very long way to go in this event but he is currently the chip leader as he tries to win his second bracelet of 2011. We just caught him getting some value on the river in the following hand.
