Fives Fall Flat, Eights Seal the Deal
Nivel 22
: Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Grzegorz Tryba shoved all in from under the gun and, after a long think, got a call from Dylan Chambettaz in early position. No one else wanted to join, and the cards were revealed.
Grzegorz Tryba: 5♥5♦
Dylan Chambettaz: 8♠8♦
Vivian Saliba, who had been eyeing an all-in move herself, sighed in relief as the cards were revealed, commenting, "I had fours," glad she didn’t make the leap.
The board ran out 10♠9♠A♦2♥K♣, offering no help to Tryba. Chambettaz knocked him out, claiming both the pot and the bounty.
