Marquet Celebrates Rivering a Flush, Then Realizes Krueger Has a Boat
With around 20,000 in the pot on a board of 9♦A♣A♥3♥, Mike Marquet had checked it over to Klas Krueger, who fired 8,000. Marquet then shoved for around 30,000, which sent Krueger into the tank. Krueger took his time but given the good price he was getting, he flicked in the call, which put Marquet at risk.

Krueger had trip aces and just needed to fade the flush draw of Marquet to earn the knockout.
"Yessssssssssssssss!" was the reaction of Marquet when he saw the 8♥ drop on the river, and he leaned back in his chair to celebrate. That was until his tablemates pointed out that Krueger had improved to a full house with that river card, which meant Marquet had to make a somewhat more embarrassing walk away from the table compared to if he had stayed silent.
