Everyone Has a Pair as Traut Smacks the Flop to Bust Amendola
Nivel 15
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Michal Skala raised to 16,000 under the gun and Heinz Traut called in the cutoff. Alfonso Amendola then moved all in for 80,000 on the button, Skala folded, while Traut called.
Alfonso Amendola: J♣J♦
Heinz Traut: 6♦6♠
Amendola was poised for a double up with his jacks until the flop brought Q♦8♠6♣, giving Traut a set. The rest of the board ran out 3♣K♣ and Traut sent Amendola to the rail. Skala then admitted he folded two eights and would've hit a higher set.
