The action was checked through on the 10♥ turn for the 2♥ to come on the river. Schamaun bet 40,000 and Livshitz called. Schamaun showed J♠10♦7♠5♣ for a flopped straight to win the pot.

Shuts continued for 25,000 on the K♦9♥8♥ flop and Lehner called. The turn was the 6♥ and Shuts bet another 25,000. Lehner then raised to 50,000 and Shuts called.

Both players checked the 8♣ river and Lehner showed Q♣8♥5♥5♣ for a flush to win the pot, leaving Shuts on an extreme short stack.

Mortensen Holds With Top Set For a Massive Double

Heads-up on a flop of J♥8♣5♣, Sebastian Mortensen bet 22,000 from the cutoff before Arturo Paduano raised to 160,000 in the big blind. Mortensen then moved all in for 614,000 and Paduano called.

Mortensen showed top set, while Paduano was on the nut flush draw and a straight draw. The 3♦ was safe for Mortensen, while the 6♠ fell on the river to secure him the more than 1,200,000-chip pot and vault him into the chip lead.

"This is the first Omaha tournament in my life," Mortensen said.
