Stefan Schoss raised to 1,100 under the gun and Paco Kaplan three-bet to 2,700 from the seat next to him. Jerome Buerstlein and Sylwester Fortuna cold called before Schoss chose to also call.
The four players saw a flop of 4♥A♥2♦ with Kaplan being the one to bet 2,800. Only Fortuna called on the button.
Kaplan bet 2,200 on the 9♠ turn and Fortuna called again.
Both players checked the 4♣ river and Kaplan turned over K♥Q♥ for a busted king-high flush draw. Surprisingly, this was the best hand as Fortuna showed 6♥3♥ for a lower busted flush draw.
There were already around 13,000 chips in the middle on a board of 8♦9♠Q♦4♦6♥ when Syzmon Politowski fired 12,500 on the river. Mallory Frere was the man with the decision and was taking such a long time that the floor were called to initiate the countdown. Before the countdown could even begin, Frere had tossed in the call.
Politowski tabled A♦5♦ for the nuts, and Frere could only muck his hand.
There had been a raise to 1,000 which Heinz Traut and Victor Vozian called before Lorenzo Arduini squeezed to 5,000 from the button. Two player folded, and only Vozian called.
On the 3♦5♦4♥ flop, both players checked to the 9♠ turn where Vozian bet 5,100, and Arduini called.
A 2♦ on the river made the board a little sketchy and both players elected to check.
With around 6,000 in the pot on a board of 8♥5♣K♠9♦5♠, Cristian Cirja bet 5,000 and was met with a raise all-in by Anthony Amsellem for 13,200. Petr Satek folded from the button, but after a lot of though, Cirja reluctantly called.
Amsellem showed K♣K♥ for a full house to take down the pot and double-up. Crija showed he had 5♥4♥ for trip fives.
A full board of 8♥4♦10♠9♠2♣ was showing and with around 20,000 chips in the pot, Georges Sultanem fired a bet of 8,500. His opponent, Iman Ghashayar, didn't need to think for too long before he flung a chip high in the air, which landed in the pot to signify a call.
Sultanem then showed 9♥9♣ for a turned set of nines, and Ghashayar shook his head as he mucked.
With roughly 30,000 in the pot on a board of 5♦9♥J♣6♥, Philipp Krieger checked from the small blind and faced a bet of 11,500 from Dragos Iosub.
Krieger thought it over for a while before showing Q♦Q♥ and tossing them into the muck. Iosub slid his cards face down to the deal as he dragged in the pot.
Frank Schuler opened from under the gun and Andrea Ricci three-bet to 2,200 from the next seat. Matthias Kribben called from the hijack, and Schuler put in the extra.
On the K♣K♦K♥ flop, Schuler checked then Ricci fired 2,000. Kribben called, and Schuler folded .
The 8♣ turn and 9♦ river were checked through where Schuler announced ace-high, but Kribben had the winner with 5♣5♠ for a full house.
