Mauceri Spikes the River to Stun Abdella

Nivel 14 : Blinds 1,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

A player in middle position had a raise of 16,000 in front of him before Massimiliano Mauceri moved all in for 180,000 in the big blind. Ahmed Abdella also put in his last 110,000 from early position and the middle-position player got out of the way.

"Let's split," Mauceri told Abdella as they both showed down ace-king. The flop came Q6Q and a groan went up from around the table as Mauceri picked up a flush draw. The 9 turn was no help, but Mauceri hit the 10 on the river to make his flush and send Abdella crashing to the rail.
