Faraz Jaka
Faraz Jaka

Rami Boukai raised to 400 in the hijack and Faraz Jaka three-bet to 1,300 from the button. Boukai called and the flop fell {A-Spades}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs}.

Boukai check-called 1,100 from Jaka to see the {3-Diamonds} turn where he check-called 2,600 from Jaka. The {5-Spades} river completed the board and Boukai checked for a third time. Jaka bet 6,800 and after a few moments, Boukai opted to fold.

Zaki Folds to Massey

Nivel 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

In the cutoff, Justin Zaki check-called 725 from Aaron Massey on the {q-Spades}{j-Spades}{a-Hearts} flop, but Zaki came out betting with 2,100 on the {5-Hearts} turn. Zaki slowed down on the {3-Clubs} river, and Massey dropped 3,125 into the pot. Zaki folded fairly quickly, and Massey showed him {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs} for top two.

Massey is fresh off of a 10th place finish in the LAPT event here earlier today, when he cashed for $22,760. He wasted no time hopping right over to the PCA Main Event.

Baumstein's Turn Lead Takes it Down

Nivel 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

We got to the table with 2,600 in the pot already and the board showing {J-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades}. There was a bet of 825 in front of Scott Baumstein acting out of the small blind and he was facing a bet of 2,500 from Donald Rae. Baumstein made the call and the dealer put out the {A-Diamonds} on the turn.

Baumstein thought for a moment before putting out a bet of 4,150. Rae asked for a count and then decided against seeing the river card as he handed his cards to the dealer.

Joe Cada
Joe Cada

Joe Cada started things off with a raise to 400 from early position and Rhynie Campbell called from the button. The two would check the flop of {9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades} and the dealer put out the {8-Diamonds} on the turn. Cada checked again and Campbell put out a bet of 750 that Cada called.

The river was the {A-Hearts} and both players quickly checked. Cada turned over {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and Campbell mucked to give the 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event champion the pot.

Nivel 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

We found Sebastian Von Toperczer and David Diaz heads up with a completed board of {4-Spades}{10-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{A-Hearts}. Witha bout 7,000 already in the pot, Von Toperczer fired out a final bet of 6,500. Diaz was in the tank for about 90 seconds before he flung out calling chips.

Von Toperczer rolled over {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} for a flopped set of treys. Diaz threw his cards into the muck and his stack was reduced to about 17,000.
