Umberto Ruggeri raised to 3,500 on the button, Dzmitry Urbanovich three-bet to 13,000 in the small blind, and Ruggeri called.
The flop came K♦4♣3♦ and Urbanovich bet 7,500. Ruggeri called and both players checked the 10♥ turn.
Urbanovich bet another 30,000 on the 5♦ river and Ruggeri gave it some thought before calling once more. Urbanovich turned over 10♦8♦ for a rivered flush and Ruggeri mucked.

Anton Bergstrom raised to 3,000 in the cutoff and Mark Teltscher called on the button. Quan Zhou then three-bet to 40,000 in the small blind and only Bergstrom called.

After a series of raises before the flop, Michel Molenaar was at risk for roughly 50,000 in the cutoff against Herbert De Marathaoan in the big blind.

The 9♣8♠8♦ hit the flop, missing both players. The 10♦ fell on the turn, giving Molenaar some extra outs to chop, but the 3♠ river was a brick as he stood up from his seat.

Jesse Lonis opened to 3,000 from under the gun before Panagiotis Oikonomou three-bet to 7,000 from the cutoff. With the action back on Lonis, he four-bet to 19,500 and Oikonomou called.
On the 5♦4♦2♠ flop, Lonis checked and Oikonomou jammed for around 60,000 effective as the covering stack and Lonis snapped it off.

Lonis had flopped top two against the overpair of Oikonomou. The board ran out safe for Lonis as it came 8♠K♣ and he secured the full double.
"This is the world number one by the way," joked Sam Grafton as Lonis dragged the pot.

Recchimurzo had the best hand preflop but the 7♠6♣9♣4♦Q♣ runout gave Bejjani the second-nut flush to send Recchimurzo to the rail and take the pot.

Heads-up on a flop of 8♥7♠4♥, Brian Altman bet 8,000 from middle position and Antoine Labat called on the button.
Altman checked the K♥ turn and Labat bet 13,000. Altman called to see the 6♠ river, where Labat bet 21,500, leaving himself just 1,500 behind.
Altman quickly called and Labat showed A♣K♠ for top pair. Altman, though, had rivered two pair with K♣6♣ and took the pot to leave Labat with just one big blind.
At the same time at another table, Gonzalo Gottlieb got his last 60,000 in the middle from early position and was up against Sergi Miralles in the cutoff.

With two players seeingn a board of A♠J♦10♥ Jack Kiriakus bet 5,000 from under the gun and Maria Konnikova raised to 15,000 from the button. Kiriakus made the call.
On the 2♠ turn Kiriakkus checked and Konnikova shoved for 29,500. Kiriakus called with a covering stack to put Konnikova at risk.

Konnikova had aces up but was in bad shape against Kiriakus' nut straight. No full house materialized for Konnikova on the 7♦ river and she made her exit from the tournament area while Kiriakus took the pot.

Camosci led for 6,500 before Winz raised to 26,500 and Camosci put in the call.
The turn brought the J♥. Camosci checked in flow to Winz who continued for 22,000 and Camosci again put in the call.
On the 10♥ river, Camosci opted to lead for a tiny size of 6,000, Winz raised to 23,000, and Camosci called.
