Joao Tomas limped in from early position and Elias Gutierrez called in the small blind. Nikita Kuznetsov checked his big blind and a flop of 8♠10♣6♥ was dealt.

Gutierrez checked before Kuznetsov tossed in his last 40,000. Tomas called but Gutierrez decided to fold, creating a showdown.

Kuznetsov's top pair held on the 2♦5♦ runout and doubled held. Afterwards, he asked if Gutierrez would have won the hand had he called, but the latter admitted he also would have lost.

One hand later, Kuznetsov's chips flew in again, but this time it resulted in his elimination from the tournament.

Vladimir Korzinin limped from under the gun, and Vicente Delgado pumped it up to 33,000 from the next seat. Action folded back to Korzinin, who called.

On the 7♣5♠4♣ flop, Korzinin check-called versus a bet of 50,000 from Delgado.

The Q♣ rolled off on the turn, and Korzinin checked once more, leading to Delgado firing out a bet of 75,000.

Korzinin took some time for thought, before producing a three-bet jam with the covering stack. Delgado quickly got the remainder of his stack, around 210,000 total, into the middle.

He bet 20,000, to which Betbese folded. Tomas took some time and then threw in 80,000 for a raise. Vogelsang quickly folded as he saw his neighbor chip up.
