Anton Kraous raised to 200,000 in the hijack and Bobby James three-bet his button to 670,000. Kraous then quickly jammed all in for 1,320,000 once the action had folded back to him.

James made the call after 30 seconds or so, putting Kraous at risk for the second time since the start of the level.

James had Kraous dominated. The 5♠9♦10♥ flop provided the Bulgarian with a gutshot straight draw for some extra outs, but the 9♣ turn and 2♥ river failed to improve his hand.

He left the final table in seventh place as the last player eliminated from Day 5 of the Main Event.

Anton Wigg opened to 175,000 first to act with A♥J♣ and was called by Andrea Dato on the button. Oliver Weis squeezed to 800,000 from the small blind, which got a fold from Wigg, but a back-shove from Dato for 2,730,000.

Weis snap-called and a showdown was held.

Timo Kamphues opened to 275,000 from early position and Oliver Weis three-bet to 480,000 from the small blind.

It was folded back around to Kamphues, who called all in for 375,000 total and hands were revealed.

Kamphues held the lead with his ace, but the 9♠3♠Q♣ flop vaulted Weis into the lead with a pair of nines.

The J♠ improved Weis to two pair and left Kamphues drawing to four outs. It wasn't meant to be, however, as the A♣ river was too little, too late and Kamphues was eliminated in ninth place.

Damir Zhugralin opened to 160,000 from the button. Oliver Weis and Anton Wigg called from the blinds.

Zhugralin continued for 185,000 on the Q♣9♣6♠ flop before Weis made it 660,000. Wigg J♦9♥ folded to put the action back on Zhugralin, who called.

The A♦ came in on the turn, and Weis slowed down with a check. Zhugralin bet 550,000 and Weis called to swell the pot to 2,980,000.

The 7♣ put three clubs on the board, and Weis checked. Zhugralin, with 2,110,000 behind, used a time bank before moving all in, and Weis quickly called as the bigger stack.

Zhugralin tabled 10♠10♦ but was eliminated on the final table bubble as Weis had 6♣4♣ for the flush.

Philip Joyce thought it was a break after handing over most of his chips to Anton Kraous, but tournament officials put a minute back on the clock and the table played one more hand. "They're trying to get rid of me," Joyce joked.

Andriy Lyubovetskiy then raised to 120,000 on the button and Joyce stuck in his last chips from the small blind. Mikhail Shalamov also came along from the big blind.

Shalamov and Lyubovetskiy checked the J♦6♥4♥ flop and the 2♠ fell on the turn. Shalamov then bet 125,000 and Lyubovetskiy folded.

Joyce showed A♥5♠, while Shalamov had J♠4♣ for two pair. The river was the 9♥ and Joyce was sent to the rail in 12th place.

The K♣8♠3♣ flop had something for both players, as Tabiyev hit top pair and Joyce picked up a flush draw. The A♣ turn gave Joyce his flush and Tabiyev was left heading for the exit once the J♦ fell on the river.
